摘要

脓毒症是一种由感染引起的危重疾病综合征,过度和不受控制的免疫反应可能导致严重器官组织损伤,具有高发病率和高病死率.目前没有特定治疗策略可有效预防脓毒症期间多器官功能障碍的发生.类器官培养技术是一种复杂的三维体外器官模型系统,从人类多能干细胞或原始人类捐赠者组织中提取的类器官已被用于解决有关人类发育、干细胞生物学和器官再生的基本问题.现重点已经转移到实施用于生物发现的有机化合物和推进现有系统中,以更真实地概括天然器官.随着技术的不断进步和完善,类器官在脓毒症及器官损伤中的疾病模型与机制研究、药物筛选与评估、再生医学与器官修复等多方面发挥重要作用.

Abstract

Sepsis is a critical illness syndrome caused by infection.Excessive and uncontrolled immune responses may lead to severe organs and tissues damage,with high morbidity and mortality rates.Currently,there is no specific treatment strategy that can effectively prevent the development of multiple organ dysfunction syndrome during sepsis.Organoid culture technology is a complex three-dimensional in vitro organ model system.Organoids extracted from human pluripotent stem cells or primitive human donor tissues have been used to address fundamental questions about human development,stem cell biology and organ regeneration.Now,the focus has shifted to implementing organic compounds for biological discovery and advancing existing systems to more realistically summarize natural organs.With the continuous improvement and perfection of technology,organoids will play an increasingly important role in many aspects such as disease modeling and mechanism research,drug screening and evaluation,regenerative medicine and organ repair in sepsis and organ damage.
