Evaluation of measurement uncertainty of bifenthrin residues in tomato fruits
The bifenthrin residue in tomato fruits was measured by using gas chromatography.According to the measurement uncertainty evaluation procedure, the mathematical model of measurement uncertainty was established, and the measurement uncertainty of the whole measurement process was evaluated systematically. The results showed that when the the concentration of bifenthrin was 0.095 mg /kg,the expanded uncertainty was 0.0035 mg /kg(P=95%,K=2)and the results were expressed as(0.095 ± 0.004)mg /kg.The standard solution configuration, the volume of extracting solution and the repeat experiment were the main contribution factors of the measurement uncertainty of bifenthrin residues.
