Research on the significance and strategy of strengthening the construction of the metrology discipline and specialty to the construction of a modern industrial system
Aims:This paper aims to further clarify the role and development path of the metrology discipline in supporting the development of a modern industrial system.Methods:by analyzing the strategic significance and necessity and through the multi-disciplinary perspective and comparative research methods,the current situation of the construction of the metrology discipline in China was analyzed;and the path and enlightenment of the construction of the metrology discipline were discussed.Results:The research suggests that the construction of a modern industrial system needs the support of metrological science and technology and talents,among which the insufficient coustraction of the discipline catalogue is the key to limit its development;and the layout of the metrological discipline construction should be accelerated from the top-level design.Conclusions:It is necessary to strengthen the list of urgently needed disciplines and specialties,promote the development of multi-disciplinary cross-integration,and innovate the construction model of disciplines and specialties,so as to enhance the ability and level of the modern industrial system of measurement.
