基于风险评价结果的农产品质量安全溯源系统

目的:建立农产品质量安全风险评价模型,设计与开发农产品质量安全溯源系统。方法:针对由于重金属含量超标造成农产品质量安全风险难以量化评价、风险来源难以追溯的问题,基于重金属特征及风险因子分析,利用主成分分析与多因素非线性响应等分析方法,结合多试点采样数据,建立由风险因素集、风险评价指标、指标赋分方法与权重系数的农产品质量安全风险评价模型;基于风险评价结果,结合数字化手段,设计开发农产品质量安全溯源系统。结果:农产品质量安全溯源系统可实现针对重金属富集风险点的追溯查询,依据评价结果及系统提示提出预警信息及相关生产建议。结论:基于风险评价结果的农产品质量安全溯源系统能够实现农产品中重金属富集风险的量化研判与可视化溯源,对农产品质量安全的高质量、数字化管控具有较好的现实意义。
A traceability system for agricultural product quality and safety based on risk evaluation results
Aims:A risk assessment model for agricultural product quality and safety was established;and a traceability system for agricultural product quality and safety was designed and developed.Methods:Aiming at the difficulty of quantitatively evaluating the risk of quality and safety of agricultural products and the difficulty of tracing the source of risk due to the exceeding of heavy metal content,and based on the analysis of heavy metal characteristics and risk factors,a risk evaluation model of agricultural product quality and safety was established based on heavy metal characteristics and risk factor analysis,by utilizing the analysis methods of principal component analysis and multifactor nonlinear response,and combined with the multi-pilot sampling data by establishing a set of risk factors,risk evaluation indexes,and the index scoring method and weighting coefficients.Based on the results of risk evaluation,and combined with digital means,a traceability system of agricultural product quality and safety was designed and developed.Results:The traceability system of agricultural product quality and safety could realize the traceability query for the risk point of heavy metal enrichment and put forward the early warning information and relevant production suggestions based on the evaluation results and system prompts.Conclusions:The traceability system of agricultural product quality and safety based on the risk evaluation results can realize the quantitative research and visualized traceability of the risk of heavy metal enrichment in agricultural products,which is of good practical significance for the high-quality and digital control of agricultural product quality and safety.
