磷酸化肽段分离富集方法的研究进展

目的:通过综述O-磷酸化肽段和N-磷酸化肽段的富集方法研究进展,为磷酸化蛋白质分析前处理提供解决方案。方法:结合文献和数据库搜索,总结O-磷酸化肽段和N-磷酸化肽段的富集方法基本原理与应用,系统介绍O-磷酸化肽段和N-磷酸化肽段的富集方法研究进展。结果:磷酸化肽段分离富集方法已被广泛应用于磷酸化蛋白质组学研究中。结论:目前已开发了多种针对不同磷酸化肽段的富集方法,不同的方法具有不同的特异性和选择性,因此,根据研究目的选择富集方法尤为重要。
Research progress of phosphopeptide separation and enrichment methods
Aims:By reviewing the research progress of enrichment methods for O-phosphorylated peptide segments and N-phosphorylated peptide segments,a solution to the pretreatment of phosphorylated protein analysis was provided.Methods:Based on literature and database searching,the basic principles and applications of the enrichment methods for O-phosphorylated and N-phosphorylated peptides were summarized;and the research progress of the enrichment methods for O-phosphorylated and N-phosphorylated peptides was introduced systematically.Results:The separation and enrichment method of phosphorylated peptide segments had been widely applied in the study of phosphorylated proteomics.Conclusions:At present,various enrichment methods have been developed for different phosphorylated peptide segments;and each method has different specificity and selectivity.Therefore,it is particularly important to choose enrichment methods based on research objectives.
