Fault diagnosis and fault-tolerant control of solenoid valves in ratio control systems
Aims:A data-driven fault diagnosis and fault-tolerant control method of the solenoid valves of ratio control systems was proposed. Methods:The normal signal fluctuation rate was used as the basis for fault detection.A fault location algorithm was established according to the characteristic of fault propagation in the ratio system.A fault estimation algorithm was established by using the difference and ratio of the signals before and after the fault occurred.A fault separation algorithm was established by using the response overshoot in the fault adjustment interval. The fault tolerance control was realized by reconstructing the control signal according to the fault diagnosis results. Results:The fault detection accuracy, positioning accuracy, and separation accuracy of this method were 96%,98.6%,and 96%,respectively.The fault estimation error was less than 0.06%;and the fault tolerance compensation error was less than 0.5%.Conclusions:This method can be applied to the fault diagnosis and fault-tolerant control of solenoid valves in the general ratio system, and can achieve accurate diagnosis and inverse compensation for weak faults, which has the advantages of real-time,less computation and high diagnostic accuracy.
