Preparation and application progress of polymer superhydrophobic coating (2)
The hydrophobic mechanism of superhydrophobic surface and basic situation (including commonly used materials,preparation methods and application) of polymer superhydrophobic coating were briefly reviewed.Some preparation methods (such as template method,phase separation method,etching method and polymer/ inorganic nano-particle complex method) of polymer superhydrophobic coating,and its research progress and existing problems in self-cleaning,oil-water separation,freeze resistance,and anti-microbico were emphatically expounded.Finally,the application foreground of polymer superhydrophobic coating was expected.
