本文首先介绍了厌氧胶的组成,并以过氧化氢异丙苯-二甲基对甲苯胺-糖精引发体系为例,简要介绍了此引发体系的引发固化机制.其次,叙述了环氧丙烯酸酯的合成及相关的催化机理.进一步综述了环氧丙烯酸酯在厌氧胶中的应用,分析了环氧丙烯酸酯在提高厌氧胶强度和耐热性方面的优势.同时,探讨了不同力矩调节剂对性能的影响,以及改性环氧丙烯酸酯在厌氧胶中的应用研究.最后针对如何更好地利用环氧丙烯酸酯来提高厌氧胶的性能,提出了建议.
Research progress on the application of epoxy acrylate in anaerobic adhesive
In this paper,the composition of anaerobic adhesive was firstly introduced,taking the initiation system of hydrogen peroxide isopropylbenzene-dimethyl-p-toluidine-saccharin as an example,the initiation and curing mechanism of this initiation system was briefly introduced.Secondly,the synthesis of epoxy acrylate and its related catalytic mechanism were described.The application of epoxy acrylate in anaerobic adhesive was further reviewed,and the advantages of epoxy acrylate in improving the strength and heat resistance of anaerobic adhesive were analyzed.Meanwhile,the effects of different torque regulators on the performance and the application study of modified epoxy acrylate in anaerobic adhesive were discussed.Finally,suggestions were put forward on how to better utilize epoxy acrylate to improve the performance of anaerobic adhesive.
