摘要
汽车行业的发展对车身密封提出了更高的要求,PVC焊缝密封胶作为涂装最重要的用胶种类之一,其研究受到越来越多的关注.本文整理了近些年国内对于PVC焊缝密封胶的配方研究、施工工艺研究的公开报道以及行业研究进展,主要包括PVC焊缝密封胶的力学性能、施工性能、环保性能、施工工艺以及特殊车体要求等方面,最后进行了总结与展望.
Abstract
The development of the automotive industry has put forward higher requirements for body sealing,and PVC weld seam sealant,as one of the most important types of coating adhesive,has received increasing attention in its research.In this paper,the public reports and industry research progress on the formulation and construction technology of PVC weld seam sealant in China in recent years were summarized,mainly including the mechanical properties,construction properties,environmental performance,construction technology,and special vehicle requirements of PVC weld seam sealant.Finally,a summary and outlook were provided.
