摘要
"健全全面从严治党体系"重大举措的提出,对于坚定不移全面从严治党、深入推进新时代党的建设新的伟大工程具有重要意义.全面从严治党体系的生成,体现了理论逻辑、历史逻辑和实践逻辑的辩证统一,既是基于马克思主义政党建设学说的必然要求,源于全面从严治党百年历程的重要经验总结,也是解决当前大党独有难题的实践需求.健全全面从严治党体系,就要坚持党的各方面建设间的有机衔接与联动协同,坚持体制机制与法规制度的科学完善,坚持运用科学思想方法管党治党建设党.在具体实践中,全面从严治党要突出全面性,做到内容上全涵盖、对象上全覆盖、责任上全链条和制度上全贯通,从而不断促进党的建设高质量发展.
Abstract
The proposal of"improving the system of full and strict governance over the Party"is of great significance in the new era.The formation of the system embodies the dialectical unity of theoretical,historical and practical logic.It is not only an inevitable requirement of Marxist theory on party building,an important experience summary derived from the centennial history,but also a practical demand for tackling the special challenges of the large Party.To improve the system,it is necessary to adhere to the organic connection and coordination between all aspects of the Party's construction,to optimize institutional mechanisms and laws and regulations,and to govern the Party in scientific manner.In practice,comprehensiveness should be highlighted in terms of content,objects,responsibility chain and systems,so as to promote the high-quality development of Party building.
