济南发展转型金融促进绿色低碳高质量发展路径探析

摘要
转型金融是近年经济社会可持续发展过程中诞生的新型金融模式,对绿色低碳高质量发展具有多重促进作用.当前,济南发展转型金融已经具备一系列基础条件,但也面临不少困境,主要体现在转型金融战略规划尚不清晰、转型金融供需缺口风险正在积累、转型金融激励驱动机制缺位、转型金融基础设施相对不足等.为此,需要通过加强转型金融顶层设计,提升转型金融供给能力和水平,为转型金融提供激励机制,完善转型金融基础设施等,促进济南绿色低碳高质量发展.
Abstract
Transition finance is a new model beneficial for green,low-carbon and high-quality development.At present,Jinan has a series of basic conditions for the development of transition finance,but it also faces many difficulties,containing unclear strategic planning,the accumulation of risks of supply and demand gap,the absence of incentive driving mechanism,and the relative inadequacy of financial infrastructure.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the top-level design,improve the supply capacity,provide incentive mechanism,and optimize the financial infrastructure.
