摘要
农业和农村作为中国经济社会发展的重要组成部分,一直都是党和政府工作的重要内容.农业农村现代化的演进总体上呈现出"夯实发展基础—激活发展信心—走稳发展道路—开创发展新局面"的发展逻辑,既保持了连续性,又具有鲜明的时代性和创新性.步入中国式现代化发展新阶段,要求不断提升农业发展水平,提高农村现代化程度,满足农民对美好生活的期待,持续构建和完善中国式农业农村现代化道路,加快建设中国特色社会主义现代化农业强国.
Abstract
As an important part of China's economic and social development,agriculture and rural areas have always been focus of the Party and the government.the history of agricultural and rural modernization shows an evolving logic of"consolidating the foundation of development-activating development confidence-taking a stable development path-creating a new situation of development".At new stage of Chinese modernization,we must continuously improve the level of agricultural development,raise the degree of rural modernization,meet farmers'expectations for a better life,and accelerate the construction of a modern socialist agricultural power with Chinese characteristics.
