摘要
明确提出、持续设立并不断落实中国特色功勋荣誉表彰制度,是当代中国国家治理一以贯之的重要实践.党的十八大以来,中国特色功勋荣誉表彰制度体系正式确立,并在国家治理现代化中发挥重要作用:展现国家制度优势,凝聚社会广泛共识,树立公民德性典范.面向未来,提升中国特色功勋荣誉表彰制度的治理效用,要毫不动摇坚持中国共产党领导、推进完善国家荣誉表彰制度体系、讲好中国特色功勋荣誉表彰制度的故事.
Abstract
The explicit proposal,continuous establishment and implementation of the national award system of medals and honorary titles is a consistent and prominent practice of contemporary Chinese national governance.Since the 18th National Congress of CPC,the national award system of medals and honorary titles with Chinese Characteristics has been formally established and has played an important role in the modernization of national governance:setting up a virtuous example for citizens,gathering broad social consensus and showing the advantages of the national system.It is definitely necessary to adhere to the leadership of the CPC,to promote as well as to tell the story of the national award system in the future.
