系统观念视域下推动新质生产力发展路径探析

摘要
新质生产力的发展要求,内在地决定了系统观念运用于新质生产力的必然性和现实性.系统观念在新质生产力中的主要表现为:在现代化强国建设中定位新质生产力,在经济发展的全局中统筹新质生产力,在改革中培育新质生产力.新时代新征程需继续坚持以系统观念为指引,在微观上构建资源整合有序、组织协同有力的科技创新体系,在中观上推动新质生产力融入国家和民族的事业,在宏观上将新质生产力置于人类文明体系中进行谋划.
Abstract
The development requirements of the new quality productivity intrinsically determine the inevitability and reality of applying the system concept to the new quality productivity.The system concept in the new quality of productivity is mainly manifested as:in the construction of modern power to locate the new quality of productivity,in the overall planning of economic development of the new quality of productivity,in the reform of the new quality of productivity.The new journey of the new era needs to continue to adhere to the systematic concept as the guide,build a scientific and technological innovation system with orderly resource integration and strong organizational coordination at the micro level,promote the integration of new quality productivity into the cause of the country and the nation at the medium level,and place the new quality productivity in the human civilization system for planning at the macro level.
