传播学视域下人类命运共同体理念国际传播的现状、制约与对策

摘要
人类命运共同体理念作为对"世界向何处去"这一时代命题的深邃思考以及回答"时代之问"的中国方案,一经提出便得到国际社会的广泛关注.然而,该理念在国际传播过程中也面临文化思维差异与偏见、传播主体相对单一、话语表达与叙事方式有待优化、媒体海外传播的影响力有待提升的现实制约.为此,需从传播主体多元化、改进内容框架和叙事方式、构建内宣与外宣网络化传播联动机制、夯实实力基础四方面综合施策,来进一步提升人类命运共同体理念的国际传播效果.
Abstract
As a profound reflection on the proposition of"where is the world going?"and Chinese response to"question of the times",the concept of a community of human destiny has attracted wide global attention.However,In the process of international dissemination,it also faces some constraints such as cultural differences and prejudices,discourse and narrative manner,and overseas influence of the media.In order to enhance international recognition of the concept of the community of human destiny,it is necessary to further improve the effect of external communication by adopting a comprehensive approach in four aspects:to diversify the main communication bodies,improve the content framework and narrative style,construct a communication linkage between internal and external propaganda,and consolidate the national strength.
