In the process of comprehensively promoting rural revitalization,it is of great significance for the grass-roots CPC branches to effectively organize and mobilize the vast number of farmers.There are some urgent issues confronting the job of mobilization:the rapidly growing interests and needs of farmers,the reverse mobilization forces,the negative effects caused by widespread use of media mobilization,and the surge in mobilization costs.Hence,it is necessary to establish a sound evaluation system,to promote the accuracy of rural policies,to imporove organizational capability of the grass-roots Party branches,and enhance the function of mess media,so as to strengthen the mobilization level of the Party and to rally strong forces for the comprehensive rural revitalization.
