The Structural Dimensions,Interactive Logic of and Chinas's Response to the Global Governance Cognitive System
From the perspective of structure,the cognitive system of global governance encompasses three dimensions:value perception,policy logic,and institutional outcomes.This cognitive system is characterized by a dynamic process of change that profoundly reflects the interactive logic among stakeholders.In terms of the constitution and operational rules governing this cognitive system,the global governance framework can be constructed by aligning individual behaviors with systemic structures.As response,it is essential for China to actively take effective measures while establishing universally recognized governance values that drive global governance efficiency with cohesive ideas.Furthermore,it is crucial to foster alignment in interests among governance actors to consolidate collective efforts in executing global governance policies.Governance system innovation will help forge consensus aimed at addressing pressing global challenges effectively.
