Analysis of Aggregation Effect of SV Variation of SH3RF2,LncFAM and IGF2BP1 Genes Related to Growth Traits in Chicken
The purpose of this study was to analyze the aggregation effect of three mutation loci of SH3RF2,LncFAM and IGF2BP1,which were large effect genes for growth traits, and to select the optimal combination genotype. In this study,2 228 indi-viduals from 7 chicken populations(Gushi-Anka F2 resource population,AA broiler,Hubbard broiler,Cobb broiler,817 broiler,Guangxi Jinling partridge chicken and Lushi green shell layer)were used to detect the genotypic variation of the three gene loci. Then, the genetic effects of SH3RF2,LncFAM and IGF2BP1 genes in F2 resource population and Guangxi Jinling partridge chick-en were used to analyze the aggregation effect of the three gene combination loci. The results showed that there were 54 possible combined genotypes in the analysis population.Through the correlation analysis of genotype frequency and growth traits,it was found that the frequencies of allele Sh-I,allele Lnc-I and allele Ig-L1 in the 7 populations were significantly higher than those of Sh-D,Lnc-D,Ig-L2 and Ig-W.In the F2 resource population and Guangxi Jinling partridge chicken, the IIIIL1L1 genotype had higher gene frequency and higher body weight in the three gene aggregation effects. The results showed that IIIIL1L1 genotype could not only increase body weight but also have a higher genotype frequency in terms of improving growth traits, which could be used as a selection recommendation for co-markers.
