Analysis on Quality and Safety Risks of EU Poultry Products Based on RASFF and Its Inspiration
Food quality and safety is a common concern of governments all over the world and all human beings.Continuous improvement of supporting regulations,standards and efficient network rapid alert system is an important guarantee for the EU food quality and safety control system.In the new development stage,actively connecting with international rules,standards and experience practices is a strong support for China's in-depth implementation of the strategy of strengthening the country with quality and building a"double cycle".The article collected data on the risks of poultry products in the EU's RASFF(Rapid alert system for food and feed)notifications from 2020 to November 2023.A comprehensive analysis was conducted on the quality and safety risks of EU cross-border poultry products from multiple perspectives,including product types,risk levels,countries and re-gions involved in the risks,and hazard categories.The article summarized the relevant practices and experiences adopted by the European Union in dealing with the risks of food and feed related products.The results provided reference for relevant industry management departments in China to implement risk management,early warning,and control of agricultural product quality and safety.
