Research Trend Analysis and Prospect of Future Development of Domestic Chicken Breeds in China
In order to systematically study the history and possible future development directions of the scientific research activities on domestic chicken breeds in China,the thesis analyzed the scientific research trend of local breeds of modern domestic chickens in China by means of scientometrics.The results showed that domestic scientific research activities on local breed of domestic chicken were few and neglected during 1950 to 1979,focused on improving meat and egg productivity by using the dominant genetic traits of local breeds.From 1980 to 2000,the scale of research began to increase significantly,and gradually shifted to focus on genetic resource conservation and high value-added aquaculture research.After 2001,relevant research entered a high plateau,and advanced technologies such as the Internet of Things,gene sequencing,and gene editing began to be widely used,and the research direction was further diversified and international.Under the background of the vigorous development of the tertiary industry,in the future,in addition to continuing to promote the protection of genetic resources and high value-added breeding research,we should promote the development potential of domestic chicken local breed resources in the direction of cultural tourism,pets,entertainment,etc.Realize the cross-field development of domestic chicken local breed industry,and promote the poverty alleviation and prosperity of economically.
