Application of Irradiation Technology in Improving Health and Safety of Salted Goose
Salted goose is a traditional Chinese goose meat product with rich nutrition and high moisture content,which is easily contaminated by harmful microorganisms in the process of production,transportation and storage.However,backward production technology,inconsistent standards,food safety hazards and short shelf life are the main constraints for the development of salted goose industry.Therefore,it is important to carry out study on extending shelf life and improving health safety.Food irradiation technology is a non-thermal sterilization technology,which has the characteristics of high efficiency,energy conservation,safety,green and convenient,and is a high and new technology strongly supported by the state.Based on the current health and safety situation of salted goose,this paper introduced the application of food irradiation sterilization technology,expounded the technological requirements for the application of irradiation technology in improving the health and safety of salted goose,analyzed the factors affecting the irradiation effect of salted goose,and put forward the application of irradiation technology combined with other technologies in the production of salted goose.It was expected to provide safe,simple and fast technical support for salted goose products,and provide reference for promoting the rapid development of salted goose industrialization.
