桑叶的营养特性及其在家禽生产中的应用

桑叶富含优质植物蛋白,其蛋白含量高、氨基酸比例均衡,富含维生素、矿物元素等.以干物质为基础,干桑叶的粗蛋白含量为11.90%~34.53%,粗脂肪1.46%~10%,粗纤维8%~29.28%,粗灰分6.32%~17.24%,钙0.93%~4.33%,磷0.16%~0.85%.此外,桑叶含有生物碱类、黄酮类、多糖类和多酚类等生物活性物质,具有抗炎、抗氧化、抗癌、降血糖、增强免疫力以及预防肥胖等功能.桑叶作为一种饲料原料添加剂,对家禽生长性能、肠道健康、免疫性能、产品品质等方面均有积极影响.文章综述了桑叶的营养成分、生物学功能以及在家禽生产中的研究进展,旨在为桑叶粉在家禽饲料中推广应用提供参考.
Nutritional Properties of Mulberry Leaves and Their Application in Poultry Production
Mulberry leaves are rich in high-quality plant protein,with high protein content,balanced amino acid ratio,and rich in vitamins and minerals.Based on a dry matter basis,dried mulberry leaves had 11.90%to 34.53%crude protein,1.46%to 10%crude fat,8%to 29.28%crude fiber,6.32%to 17.24%crude ash,0.93%to 4.33%calcium,and 0.16%to 0.85%phosphorus.In addition,mulberry leaves contain alkaloids,flavonoids,polysaccharides and polyphenols and other biologically active substances,with anti-inflammatory,antioxidant,anticancer,hypoglycemic,immune enhancement,and prevention of obesity and other functions.As a feed supplement,mulberry leaves have a positive impact on poultry growth performance,intestinal health,immune performance and product quality.This paper summarized the nutritional composition,biological functions and research progress of mulberry leaves in poultry production,aiming to provide reference for the popularization and application of mulberry leaves powder in poultry feed.
