Surgical treatment of lumbar disc herniation with use of Quadrant minimally invasive system

摘要
[目的]探讨应用Quadrant微创系统治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床效果及治疗经验.[方法]2010年1月~2011年1月,本院采用Quadrnt微创系统治疗腰椎间盘突出症60例,采用传统方法治疗72例,分别对两组手术时间、切口长度、失血量、术后疗效及并发症发生情况进行对比分析.[结果]与传统组相比,Quadrant微创组在手术时间、失血量及术后疗效方面无显著性差异(P>0.05);然而后者手术切口小、术后腰背痛发生概率降低,术后伤口延迟愈合概率升高(P<0.05).[结论]Quadrant微创系统治疗腰椎间盘突出症,其适应证广,手术切口小,在不延长手术时间的情况下达到了与传统手术相同的治疗效果,并且术后腰背痈发生率低,更易于为患者接受.只要采取适当措施,可以避免伤口延迟愈合的发生.
Abstract
[Objective] To explore the clinical effects and experience of the surgical treatment for lumbar disc hemiation with use of Quadrant minimally invasive system. [Methods] From January 2010 to January 2011, 60 patients suffering from lumbar disc hemiation were treated with surgical operation with use of Quadrant minimally invasive system, and 72 patients with traditional surgical operation. Operative time, length of incision, blood loss, postoperative effects and complications of both groups were recorded and analyzed. [Results] There was no significant difference between two groups in operative time, blood loss and postoperative effects ( P > 0.05) . Compared to traditional group, Quadrant group showed shorter length of incision, lower occurence of postoperative low back pain and higher rate of delayed wound healing (P <0. 05 ) . [ Conclusion] Quad-rant minimally invasive system has broadened indications of surgical treatment for lumbar disc hemiation, with shorter length of incision, similar postoperative effects, and lower occurence of postoperative low back pain. If some measures were taken, the delayed wound healing could be avoided.
