脊柱上皮样血管内皮瘤:1例报告和综述

摘要
上皮样血管内皮瘤(epithelioid hemangioendothelioma,EHE)是一种罕见的血管源性肿瘤,其组织学特征介于血管瘤和高级别血管肉瘤之间.由于其影像学和组织学特征与血管瘤或转移性脊柱肿瘤较为相似,所以脊柱EHE的准确诊断及有效治疗尤为重要.从已报道脊柱EHE的部分资料中发现其诊断及治疗具有一定的相似之处,本文报道了 1例脊柱EHE,并对已发表的脊柱EHE的文献进行回顾与总结.
Abstract
Epithelioid hemangioendothelioma(EHE)is a rare vascular tumor with histological features between hemangiomas and high-grade angiosarcomas.Because its imaging and histological features are similar to hemangiomas or metastatic spinal tumors,accurate diagno-sis and effective treatment of spinal EHE are particularly important.From some of the reported spinal EHE,we can note that there are cer-tain similarities in its diagnosis and treatment,and this article reports one case of spinal EHE,and reviews and summarizes the published lit-erature on spinal EHE.
