生物型与骨水泥型单髁膝假体的研究进展

摘要
单髁膝关节置换术(unicompartmental knee arthroplasty,UKA)是治疗局限于单间室膝关节骨性关节炎(knee osteo-arthritis,KOA)常用且有效的方法.随着传统骨水泥型和新兴的生物型UKA假体材料不断发展,这两种假体均展示出显著的临床疗效.本文对骨水泥型和生物型UKA的设计差异、临床疗效、相关并发症以及新技术在UKA中的应用进行综述和比较.
Abstract
Unicompartmental knee arthroplasty(UKA)is a commonly used and effective treatment for knee osteoarthritis(KOA)limited to a single compartment.With the continuous development of traditional cemented prostheses,and emerging cementless UKA prosthetic ma-terials,both kinds of prostheses have demonstrated significant clinical efficacy.In this article,we review and compare the design differences,clinical efficacy,associated complications,and use of new technologies in UKA between cemented and cementless UKA to comprehensively assess their clinical efficacy.
