先天性脊柱侧弯半椎体切除的研究进展

摘要
先天性脊柱侧弯是脊柱胚胎发育异常所导致的一种先天性脊柱畸形,半椎体切除术是其主要的治疗方式.近年来,半椎体切除术在手术分期、手术入路、融合方式等方面发生了转变.为此,本文介绍了半椎体切除术的演变、椎弓根螺钉内固定技术的联合、相关的新技术新理念以及半椎体切除术的常见失败原因和改进方案,并就半椎体切除术在治疗先天性脊柱侧弯(congenital scoliosis,CS)方面的研究进展作一综述.
Abstract
Congenital scoliosis is a congenital spinal deformity caused by abnormal embryonic development of the spine,while hemiver-tebrae resection is the main treatment.In recent years,hemivertebrae resection has changed in terms of operation stage,surgical approach and fusion mode.For this reason,the evolution of hemivertebrae resection,the combination of pedicle screw internal fixation techniques,rel-evant new techniques and concepts,as well as common causes of failure and improvement plans for hemivertebrae resection are described in this paper,and the research progress of hemivertebrae resection in the treatment of congenital scoliosis(CS)is also reviewed.
