摘要

目的:探索以问题为基础的学习(problem-based learning,PBL)结合案例教学,在儿科学理论课与见习一体化教学中的应用效果。方法在重庆医科大学2008级五年制本科临床医学儿科方向48名学生的儿内科教学中,第一学期采用传统教学模式,第二学期采用新教学模式。在第二学期课程结束时对学生进行两种教学模式教学效果比较的问卷调查。结果 PBL与案例教学相结合,儿内科理论课与见习一体化教学模式,在激发学生学习兴趣与主动性,提高学生临床问题解决能力,团队协作精神,自学能力及表现与表达能力方面优于传统教学模式。结论 PBL与案例教学法相结合,理论课与见习一体化教学模式适用于儿内科教学,有助于提高教学质量。

Abstract

ObjectiveTo explore the application effect of combining problem-based learning with case-based teaching in the teaching model of integration of pediatrics theoretical courses and internships.Methods For the pediatric medicine teaching among 48 students from ifve-year program of pediatric direction of clinical medicine in the grade 2008 of Chongqing Medical University, the traditional teaching model was adopted during the ifrst semester, and then adopted the new teaching model during the second semester. After ifnishing the second semester, each student was investigated about the comparison of the teaching effects by a questionnaire.Results In the aspects of stimulating students' learning interest and initiative, improving students' problem-solving capability, team-work spirit, self-learning ability, performance and presentation skills, the teaching model of integration of pediatrics theoretical courses and internships with the combination of problem-based learning and case-based teaching is superior to the traditional teaching model.Conclusion The teaching model of integration of pediatrics theoretical courses and internships with the combination of problem-based learning and case-based teaching is applicable to the pediatric medicine teaching, contributing to improve the teaching quality.
