Postgraduate tutors have a very important influence on the growth of postgraduate students and are related to the quality of postgraduate training.Starting from the current situation of medical postgraduate training in China,this paper summarizes the application of the tutor group system in the training of medical postgraduates,analyzes the advantages and positive effects of the model,and discusses the safeguard and promotion measures for the implementation of the tutor group system.The implementation of the tutor group training system can overcome the disadvantages of the single tutor training mode to a certain extent,and play a positive role in improving the quality of postgraduate training and promoting the innovation and development of disciplines.
