Reflection and Analysis of the Final Test Paper of Pharmacology in Clinical Medicine From a Local University

目的 分析某地方高校临床医学专业本科五年制药理学期末考试试卷.方法 2022 年 7 月,收集临床医学 2020 级药理学期末试卷 142 份,有效试卷 140 份,其中,临床医学 2020 级 1 班 66 份,临床医学 2020级 2 班 74 份.以教育测量学原理分析试卷难度、区分度、信度和效度,运用数据挖掘算法中主成分分析和K-均值聚类分析学生考试成绩.结果 试卷总体难度 0.58,区分度 0.34,信度 0.80.全部学生平均成绩(58.2±13.9)分,成绩符合正态分布,两班级学生成绩差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).主成分分析发现影响试卷成绩的两个维度,不同班级又有所差异;K-均值聚类依据考核知识点划分不同层次的学生.结论 试卷具有分析价值.不同班级学生对药理学各章节知识掌握情况存在差异,课程教学效果亟待改进.本次试卷分析为后续的改进课程教学和提高人才培养质量提供实证.
Objective To analyze of the final test paper of pharmacology in clinical medicine from a local university.Methods In July 2022,142 final papers of pharmacology in clinical medicine 2020 were collected with 140 valid papers,including 66 papers in class 1 of clinical medicine 2020 and 74 papers in class 2 of clinical medicine 2020.The students'test scores were analyzed by the principles of educational measurement,including the difficulty,discrimination,reliability and validity of the test paper.T he principal component analysis and K-means clustering analysis in data mining algorithm were used.Results The overall difficulty of the test paper was 0.58,the discrimination was 0.34,and the reliability was 0.80.The average score of all students was(58.2±13.9)points,which was in line with the normal distribution,and there was no significant difference between the two classes(P>0.05).The principal component analysis found that there were two dimensions that affected the score of the test paper,which were different in different classes;K-means clustering divided students of different levels according to the assessment knowledge points.Conclusion The test paper has analytical value.Students in different classes have different knowledge of each chapter of pharmacology,and the teaching effect needs to be improved.This examination paper analysis provides empirical evidence for the follow-up improvement of course teaching and personnel training quality.
