生理学课程思政助力大学教师思政素质提升

师德师风建设是大学立德树人工作的核心环节,必须提升大学教师队伍自身的思政素质和专业水平.然而目前大学教师队伍思政水平参差不齐,在政治思想、科研诚信和师德师风等方面存在明显的弱项,亟待解决.课程思政是中国特色社会主义进入新时代后我国高等教育发展的必然趋势,其教学改革也为提升大学教师队伍思政水平提供了绝佳的途径.文章以生理学课程思政教学改革为例,从修订教学计划、组织日常培训和进行教学实践等方面加强教师思政素质的培养,并在后期的教学评价中不断检验和总结思政教学改革的成效,以期为更好地提升教师队伍自身思政水平带来新的思路和启发.
Curriculum Ideology and Politics of Physiology Help University Teachers Improve Their Ideological and Political Quality
The construction of teachers'morality is the core link of strengthening morality education in universities,and university teachers are necessary to improve the ideological and political quality and professional level.However,at present,the ideological and political level of university teachers is uneven,and there are obvious weaknesses in political ideology,scientific research integrity and teachers'ethics.The situation is grim and needs to be solved urgently.Curriculum ideology and politics is the inevitable trend of the development of higher education in China after socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era,and its teaching reform also provides an excellent way to improve the ideological and political level of university teachers.Taking the ideological and political teaching reform of physiology course as an example,this paper strengthens the cultivation of teachers'ideological and political quality from the aspects of revising teaching plan,organizing daily training and carrying out teaching practice.We will constantly test and summarize the effectiveness of ideological and political teaching reform in the later teaching evaluation to bring new ideas and inspiration for improving the ideological and political level of teachers.
