With the in-depth integration and development of information technology and education,new educational concepts and teaching methods continue to emerge.It takes big data as the basis and difficult diseases such as neurodegenerative diseases as an example.It aims to innovate and optimize on the basis of traditional educational concepts and establish the new teaching mode of"student-centered and ability-oriented",according to the teaching content and the characteristics of the disease,through the use of"MOOC","Rain Classroom"or various teaching platforms,with the help of various media platforms such as video accounts and case sharing public accounts,combined with searching medical websites,resource library and databases,realizes the digital and informational teaching mode which enhanced the expressive power of knowledge dissemination and the penetrating power of knowledge innovation in subject teaching effectively.It fully mobilizes the subjective initiative of students,promotes students'understanding,mastery,thinking and innovation of knowledge.Students can gradually recognize the nature of the disease from shallow to deep,and understand the disease comprehensively.It has achieved good teaching results.
