Research on Multi-Stage Teaching Management Model in Medical Colleges
With the gradual expansion of the scale of higher education,the deepening of the reform of the education system and the increasing demand for medical care in daily life,all sectors of society attach great importance to the teaching quality of medical schools.However,how to innovate the teaching management mode in the new era,so as to optimize the efficiency of learning and teaching management,improve students'learning ability and the competitive advantage of the school,and thus achieve good and lasting development is an important issue faced by the Ministry of Education and the school in the actual development.To achieve good and lasting development is an important issue facing the Ministry of Education and schools in the actual development.Only by innovating the conventional teaching management mode in schools can we lay a foundation for the improvement of the overall teaching quality and education level.Compared with other disciplines,medical discipline has its particularity and strong practicality.Therefore,it should not only focus on classroom teaching in teaching management,but also effectively link up multiple links such as assessment methods,practical teaching and quality management.In terms of the teaching management of medical schools,the National Curriculum(New Curriculum Standard)has changed the previous requirements and standards,so medical colleges need to devote themselves to the innovation of teaching management mode,so as to fully meet the requirements of the New Curriculum Standards.In practice,the innovation of teaching management mode can also effectively improve the problems in traditional education and improve the competitiveness of medical colleges.It lays a foundation for the successful realization of the sustainable development goals of the medical school while ensuring the all-round development of students.This paper mainly analyzes the current situation and existing problems of teaching management in medical colleges,and puts forward effective teaching management methods to improve teaching quality,aiming at providing basis for the reform of teaching management mode in medical colleges.
