Discussion on Application of Immersion Teaching Mode in Endocrinology Residential Training
With the continuous updating of the medical education model,the immersion teaching model has gradually attracted more and more attention of medical education scholars because of its novel model and an emerging medical education model that is easily accepted by the trainees.The immersion teaching mode refers to educational workers skillfully use a variety of teaching methods in the teaching process to stimulate students'interest in learning and make students enter a learning state of immersion experience.Combined with the characteristics of the current standardized training of endocrinology residents,starting from the actual situation,this paper discusses the application points of the immersion teaching model in the endocrinology department's residential training education,create an educational model that conforms to the characteristics of resident training education in the department of endocrinology,adjusts and optimizes the process,stimulates the learning interests of residential training doctors,and improves learning efficiency.
