Discussion on the Value of Optimized PBL Teaching Method in Nuclear Medicine
Objective To explore the value of the application of optimized PBL teaching method in nuclear medicine.Methods A total of 88 undergraduates majoring in clinical medicine at grade 2018 and grade 2019 in Lingui Clinical Medical College,Guilin Medical University from March 2021 to April 2022 were selected and randomly divided into PBL optimized experimental group,PBL traditional group and control group,with 28,31 and 29 students in each group,respectively.The control group used traditional teaching mode,the PBL traditional group used non-optimized PBL teaching,and the PBL optimized experimental group used optimized PBL teaching methods,which were evaluated through the satisfaction scores,basic knowledge and clinical application test scores.Results There were no significant difference in satisfaction and basic knowledge scores among PBL optimized experimental group,PBL traditional group and control group(P>0.05).The clinical application of PBL optimized experimental group was the highest,followed by PBL traditional group,and the control group was the lowest(P<0.05).Conclusion In the teaching of nuclear medicine,PBL optimization teaching method is applied to avoid the drawbacks of"divergence"under the ordinary PBL model,and to combine the induction of traditional teaching knowledge points with the independent learning application of PBL teaching,so that the teaching purpose of"imparting knowledge and applying knowledge"can be better reflected,which is conducive to improving the clinical application results.
