The Study on Systematic Teaching Combined With Periodic Reporting in Nursing Students'Teaching
Objective To explore the effect of systematic teaching combined with periodic reporting on nursing students in oncology department.Methods A total of 71 nursing students who practiced in the oncology department of Yantai Affiliated Hospital of Binzhou Medical University from March 2021 to April 2022 were selected,and 34 nursing students from March to October 2021 were selected as the control group,and 37 nursing students from November 2021 to April 2022 were selected as the observation group.The control group was taught with conventional teaching methods.The observation group was taught with the mode of systematic teaching and periodic reporting for teaching.The two groups of nursing students were compared in the aspects of professional theory,skill operation,nursing ability,humanistic communication and psychological pressure.Results The scores of professional theory[(84.19±4.76)points],skill operation[(85.74±2.93)points],nursing ability[(83.46±2.43)points],humanistic communication[(15.37±1.35)points]in the observation group were higher than those in the control group[(74.57±6.71)points,(81.29±3.77)points,(73.89±4.82)points,(12.54±1.62)points].The psychological pressure score[(43.14±1.35)points]was lower than that of the control group[(48.71±3.47)points],the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Systematic teaching combined with periodic reporting mode is helpful to improve the learning initiative,systematic mastery of knowledge,good clinical nursing and communication skills of nursing students in oncology department,and can reduce the psychological pressure of nursing students.
