Analysis on the Application of Recessive Nursing Knowledge in Nursing Teaching of Cardiovascular Internal Medicine
Objective To evaluate the effect of recessive nursing knowledge in cardiovascular internal medicine nursing teaching.Methods A total of 70 nursing interns from the department of cardiovascular Medicine of the First Affiliated Hospital of China Medical University from September 2021 to June 2022 were selected as the study objects,and the control group and observation group were divided by random number table method,with 35 in each group.The control group adopted the conventional teaching method,the observation group adopted the recessive nursing knowledge teaching,and evaluated the inter-group assessment results,comprehensive quality,self-efficacy,communication ability and satisfaction of nursing students.Results Before the practice,there was no significant difference between the two groups in assessment scores(basic knowledge,case analysis,skill operation),comprehensive quality(working attitude,professional ability,medical ethics and academic style),self-efficacy and communication ability(P>0.05);After the practice,the assessment scores,comprehensive quality,self-efficacy and communication ability of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction scores of course arrangement,teaching content,teaching plan,teaching method and caring for students in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of recessive nursing knowledge in cardiovascular internal medicine nursing teaching can enhance the self-efficacy of nursing students,improve the comprehensive quality,assessment performance,communication ability,win the recognition of nursing students.
