Exploration and Practice on the Cultivation of Clinical Ability of Postgraduates Majoring in Otorhinolaryngology
Objective To explore and practice the training mode of clinical ability of postgraduates majoring in otorhinolaryngology.Methods A total of 30 postgraduate students majoring in otolaryngology in the First Affiliated Hospital of Jinzhou Medical University from September 2017 to September 2020 were selected as research objects.Ten otorhinolaryngology graduate students of 2017 were selected as the control group,and 20 otorhinolaryngology graduate students of 2018,2019 and 2020 were selected as the test group.The control group adopted the traditional training mode,and the experimental group adopted the new training mode.The feasibility and effectiveness of the new training mode were evaluated through the theoretical examination and clinical skill assessment.Results The scores of test group in theory and skill examination were higher than those of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Based on the characteristics of otorhinolaryngology and the training mode of postgraduates,the new mode of cultivating clinical ability of postgraduates majoring in otorhinolaryngology can effectively improve the clinical ability of postgraduates majoring in otorhinolaryngology and achieve the expected training goal.
