摘要

目的 探讨多学科会诊联合迷你临床演练评估(multiple disciplinary team+mini-clinical evaluation exercise,MDT+Mini-CEX)模式在肿瘤学专培生护理教学中的应用价值.方法 2019 级 9 月—2021 级 9 月,选择四川大学华西医院 60 名 2019 级—2021 级肿瘤学专科医生规范化培训(简称"专培")护理生,使用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各 30 名.对照组使用传统教学方法,观察组使用MDT联合Mini-CEX模式.课程结束后对2组学生进行实践操作考核、理论知识考核和问卷调查,调查教学效果.结果 观察组实践操作考核成绩高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组理论知识考核成绩高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).问卷调查中观察组"是"选项比例高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 将MDT联合Mini-CEX模式应用于肿瘤学专培生护理教学中,可以增强学生的临床实践能力,提高理论成绩,提升综合素质.

Abstract

Objective To explore the application value of multidisciplinary consultation Combined with Mini clinical exercise evaluation(MDT combined with Mini-CEX)model in nursing teaching of specialized oncology students.Methods A total of 60 nursing students of standardized training for oncology specialists from 2019 to 2021 in West China Hospital of Sichuan University were assigned to control group and observation group by random number table method,with 30 students in each group.The control group used traditional teaching methods,and the observation group used MDT combined with Mini-CEX mode,after the end of the course,practical operation assessment,theoretical knowledge assessment and questionnaire survey were carried out on the two groups of students to investigate the teaching effect.Results The scores of practical operation examination in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of theoretical knowledge examination in the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The proportion of"yes"option in the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of MDT combined with Mini-CEX mode in nursing teaching of oncology students can enhance their clinical practice ability and theoretical knowledge learning,and improve their comprehensive quality.
