Application Value of MDT Combined With Mini-CEX Model in Nursing Teaching of Oncology Specialized Students
Objective To explore the application value of multidisciplinary consultation Combined with Mini clinical exercise evaluation(MDT combined with Mini-CEX)model in nursing teaching of specialized oncology students.Methods A total of 60 nursing students of standardized training for oncology specialists from 2019 to 2021 in West China Hospital of Sichuan University were assigned to control group and observation group by random number table method,with 30 students in each group.The control group used traditional teaching methods,and the observation group used MDT combined with Mini-CEX mode,after the end of the course,practical operation assessment,theoretical knowledge assessment and questionnaire survey were carried out on the two groups of students to investigate the teaching effect.Results The scores of practical operation examination in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of theoretical knowledge examination in the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The proportion of"yes"option in the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of MDT combined with Mini-CEX mode in nursing teaching of oncology students can enhance their clinical practice ability and theoretical knowledge learning,and improve their comprehensive quality.
