微信云课堂辅教儿科超声住院医师规范化培训的初步研究

针对儿科超声医学住院医师规范培训(简称"住培")医师的培训时空限制及教学缺乏针对性、系统性等难题,本研究创建了两个超声专业微信公众号,联合以案例为导向的教学法(case-based learning,CBL)进行了云课堂栏目的建设与案例资源库的初步建立,逐步形成了微信云课堂的教学特色,采用更贴近实践上机的动态图替代了静态图,构建了住院医师的典型病例库,弥补了住院医师机旁学习的随机性.同时,采用短视频小讲座替代了幻灯片分享.另外,从小讲座着手试行了分层分类教学.73.33%的住院医师更喜欢这种线上学习方式.超声专业微信云课堂初步应用推广了突破时空限制的碎片化学习模式,两个公众号联合CBL教学应用有望循序渐进和系统地提高住院医师的岗位胜任力,成为新型的辅教模式.
The Preliminary Study on Standardized Training of Pediatric Ultrasound Residents Assisted by WeChat Cloud Classroom
In view of the time and space constraints of standardized training for pediatric ultrasound medical residents(referred to as"residential training")and the lack of targeted and systematic teaching and other problems,this study created two WeChat official account for ultrasound specialty,combined with case based learning(CBL)to carry out the construction of cloud classroom columns and the preliminary establishment of case resource database,gradually forming the teaching characteristics of WeChat cloud classroom,we replaced static graphs with dynamic graphs that are closer to practical use,and constructed a typical case library for resident physicians,compensating for the randomness of resident physician machine learning.At the same time,short video lectures were used instead of PowerPoint sharing.In addition,starting from small lectures,we experimented with hierarchical classification teaching.73.33%of resident physicians prefer this online learning method.The initial application of WeChat Cloud Classroom for ultrasound majors has promoted the fragmented learning mode that breaks through the time and space constraints.The combination of two official account and CBL teaching application is expected to gradually and systematically improve the post competency of residents and become a new type of auxiliary teaching mode.
