随着第二代测序技术的飞速发展,大数据逐渐应用于临床诊断,基因组学、宏基因组学、转录组学和蛋白质组学等先进技术为医学检验的发展提供了更高的技术平台和成长空间.检测数据的爆炸式增长、结果分析的复杂化均对临床检验诊断专业研究生的教学提出了严峻考验和挑战,如何提高创新思维和处理大数据的实践能力是临床检验诊断专业研究生需要尽快解决的问题.为培养高层次复合型人才,使学生紧跟时代发展的脚步,医学院校需要将生物信息学列入教学中.将以授课为基础的学习(lecture-based learning,LBL)、以案例为基础的学习(case-based learning,CBL)和大规模在线开放课程(massive open online course,MOOC)教学模式相结合,极大提高了学生对生物信息学的兴趣和利用大数据的能力.文章围绕大数据对临床检验诊断研究生教学的影响展开讨论.
Influence of Big Data on Postgraduate Training in Clinical Laboratory Diagnosis
With the rapid development of next-generation sequencing technology,big data is gradually applied to clinical diagnosis.Advanced technologies such as genomics,metagenomics,transcriptomics and proteomics provide a better technical platform and growing space for the development of laboratory medicine.The explosive growth of data measured and the complexity of result analysis are challenging the training of postgraduates majoring in clinical laboratory diagnosis.It is urgent for the postgraduates to develop creative thinking and have the ability of dealing with big data.In order to cultivate high-level talents with multi-ability and make students keep up with the times,bioinformatics needs to be included in the postgraduate training process.The combination of LBL,CBL and MOOC training mode has greatly increased students'interest in bioinformatics and improved their ability to use big data.This paper will discuss the influence of big data on the postgraduate training in clinical laboratory diagnostics.
