Exploration and Thinking on Working Together to Promote the Construction of Orthopaedic Laboratory Structure System by Clinical-University-Research in New Period
Medical colleges are responsible for clinical,teaching and research responsibilities science,education and research.As the enrollment of postgraduate students in clinical medicine is increasing year by year,the construction of training mode and training platform for professional postgraduate students is being explored continuously.The high quality laboratory structure system and management level directly affect the ability of the integration of clinical,academic and research in medical colleges.To improve the level of scientific research and experimental teaching in clinical-university,it is necessary to increase the strength of the construction of the laboratory structure system,improve the comprehensive construction of laboratories and strengthen the emphasis on scientific research and teaching.By analyzing the practical problems and shortcomings of the laboratory structure system construction,management and teaching practice of the Joint Orthopaedic Research Center of Zunyi Medical College and University of Rochester,the teaching research and transformation level of the orthopaedic department of the Affiliated Hospital of Zunyi Medical University can be further improved.In addition,strengthen the construction of talent team,jointly build the structural system of clinical-academic-research orthopedic research center in the new era,and establish the clinical-university-research integration interactive mechanism.These measures provide a solid foundation for the cultivation of clinical and scientific research comprehensive ability of orthopaedic clinical graduate students.
