Exploration and Practice of Standardized Training for Clinical Anesthesiology Residents
Standardized training of resident doctors(referred to as"resident training")is a long-term medical talent training strategy.The standardized training of resident anesthesiologists is not only an important stage of training anesthesiologists,but also an indispensable way to train high-level anesthesiologists.How to train excellent anesthesiologists in a short time is an important challenge in clinical teaching practice.The First Hospital Affiliated to Naval Medical University according to the basic training objectives and training rules of the national standardized training program for resident doctors,combined with the characteristics of the anesthesia discipline,a training system for resident doctors in the department of anesthesiology has been formed,including the implementation of tutor responsibility system,teaching rounds,morning class learning,business learning,difficult case discussion,magazine club,scientific research salon and other forms of training.Regular assessment and evaluation system are introduced to promote learning,teaching and quality through examination,which aim to further comprehensively improve the basic theoretical knowledge,clinical technical skills,scientific research ability and post competency of anesthesiology residents,and lay a solid foundation for the reserve of anesthesiology professionals.
