Socialist core values are the core of socialist core value system.In the new era,the diversified competition of"promoting education through competition"integrates theoretical and practical teaching,runs through the whole teaching process,and expands the teaching perspective from a single professional dimension to multiple dimensions and perspectives such as humanities,quality and moral education.In the practice competition,the improvement of cognition,emotion and behavior of medical students is demonstrated,which form a new model of all-round education and teaching.This article aims to explore the effectiveness of medical skill competition in driving the education of socialist core values of medical students from the perspective of"curriculum ideology and politics",and provide references for the education of socialist values of medical students.Under the concept of"new medicine",the driving force of medical skill competition is conducive to the cultivation of socialist core values and the improvement of medical students'comprehensive ability.
