The primary teaching goal of medical students is moral cultivation in affiliated hospital of medicine university.For achieving the goal,clinical teachers are the key executor and curriculum politics is an effective way.The main problems faced by the course ideological and political education in affiliated hospital are as follows:lack of professional identity and sense of belonging among clinical doctors,inadequate protection mechanisms in curricula,and insufficient moral awareness and ability among clinical teachers.Hospital should standardize the selection and admission procedures for clinical teachers,and include clinical teachers with high professional ethics and medical ethics into the university teacher system.Hospital should build a comprehensive,systematic,and scientific system for the cultivation and construction of curriculum ideological and political teachers from four aspects:hospital management,teacher training,teaching evaluation and incentive mechanisms,providing strong guarantees for promoting the implementation of hospital curriculum ideological and political education.On the premise of improving hospital teaching staff construction system,the clinical teachers must constantly improve their self-ability by strengthening political literacy,enhancing the moral education consciousness,finding out the main focus of education and promoting the ability of moral education.Through the above measures,the medical curriculum politics will be comprehensively promoted in affiliated hospital.
