Reflection on the Construction of Personalized Training System for Continuing Nurses in Nuclear Medicine
Continuing education is an effective way for nurses to improve their professional level.The nuclear medicine department of West China Hospital of Sichuan University is responsible for providing continuing education to nurses from hospitals of different levels,offering high-quality training services.Considering that the background,experience,and foundation of continuing education nurses vary,the department has established a personalized training system for them,focusing on enhancing their theoretical level,operational skills and clinical thinking ability.In terms of training methods,the department has comprehensively applied various teaching methods,including lecture based learning(LBL),problem-based learning(PBL),and case-based learning(CBL);In terms of evaluation,the Kirschner four level training evaluation model is adopted to comprehensively evaluate the training effectiveness of continuing nurses,and a communication feedback mechanism is established to continuously optimize and improve the training system.The overall situation of advanced training in nuclear medicine,including teacher qualifications,pre job training,professional training,assessment,and feedback communication,has been standardized.
