The course of clinical microbiology laboratory technology is one of the main courses for undergraduate students majoring in medical laboratory technology.Its experimental courses account for a high proportion,and play an important role in training the clinical microbiology laboratory skills and diagnostic thinking.However,at present,there are many disadvantages in this experiment courses,such as,outdated teaching content and method,too low difficulty,lacking labor education and curriculum ideology and politics and so on.Based on the experience of experimental course teaching reform in other universities and combined with our own advantages,this study aimed to make the teaching reform and innovation in the experiment course of clinical microbiology technology through adjusting and optimizing the course content,establishing the ideological and political database,building the ideological and political system featuring labor education,and improving the formative evaluation system.The study strengthened the political construction of experimental teaching curriculum,made the curriculum content more scientific and reasonable,and truly practiced the educational concept of"Three-wide Education".
