临床实习是医学生离开校园进入临床工作的最后阶段,是培养一名合格医生的必经之路,在医学教育过程中具有重要意义.耳鼻咽喉头颈外科是操作性极高的临床手术科室,诊疗操作多在狭小腔隙内进行且操作难度大."互联网+"背景下研讨式教学法(Seminar)联合案例式立体教学法(case three dimensional teaching method,CTTM)是指将Seminar和CTTM这两种新兴的教学方法有机结合起来,并利用互联网媒介将课堂主导权由教师转移到学生,培养学生自主学习能力与临床思维.文章参考其他学科教学方法以及临床实习经验,探讨在耳鼻咽喉头颈外科临床实习中应用"互联网+"背景下Seminar联合CTTM教学法的意义与实施价值,旨在为培养合格的耳鼻咽喉头颈外科医师提供帮助.
Abstract
Objective Clinical practice is the final stage for medical students to leave campus and enter clinical work.It is the only way to train a qualified doctor.It is of great significance in the process of medical education.Otolaryngology head and neck surgery is a highly operational clinical operation department.The diagnosis and treatment operations are mostly carried out in narrow spaces and are difficult to operate.Seminar combined CTTM teaching method under the background of"Internet +"refers to the organic combination of Seminar and CTTM,two emerging teaching methods,and the use of Internet media to transfer the classroom leadership from teachers to students,so as to cultivate students'autonomous learning ability and clinical thinking.In this paper,we refer to the teaching methods of other disciplines and clinical practice experience,and discuss the significance and implementation value of the Seminar combined CTTM teaching method under the background of"Internet +"in the clinical practice of otorhinolaryngology,so as to provide help for training qualified otorhinolaryngology head and neck surgeons.
