The Application of Flipped Classroom Based on Micro-Class in Teaching Ward-Round of the Standardized Training for Orthopedic Residents
Objective To explore the effect of flipped classroom based on micro-class in ward rounds of standardized training teaching for orthopedics residents.Method A total of 40 resident training physicians rotating in the orthopedics department of the Tenth People's Hospital of Tongji University from February 2019 to February 2022 were selected as the study objects, and randomly divided into two groups.Flipped classroom based on micro-class was used in experimental group. The traditional teaching model was used in control group.Theoretical examination, clinical operational skill and questionnaire survey were used to evaluate the teaching effect of two groups. Results The theory examination scores of the two groups were respectively(91.53±5.13)points and(84.97±5.60)points,and the clinical operational skill scores of the two groups were respectively(88.73±4.92)points and(78.65±3.23)points.Experimental group was superior to control group in theoretical examination, clinical operational skill, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The degree of satisfaction on teaching of experimental group was higher than that of control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The flipped classroom teaching model based on micro-lesson can mobilize the learning enthusiasm of medical students and significantly improve the teaching effect.
