Application of Clinical Pathway Teaching Combined With Micro-Class in the Training of Gastrointestinal Surgery Nurses
Objective To study the effect of micro-class combined with clinical pathway nursing teaching in the study of gastrointestinal surgery nurses.Methods A total of 50 gastrointestinal surgery nurses who practiced in Yantai Affiliated Hospital of Binzhou Medical University from August 2019 to August 2020 were selected as the research objects.According to the different teaching methods,they were divided into the observation group and the control group,25 nurses in each group.The control group used the conventional teaching method,and the observation group used the micro-class combined with clinical path nursing teaching method to compare the assessment results of the two groups of nurses and their satisfaction with this teaching.Results After teaching,the theoretical knowledge,clinical operations,case analysis,and medical record writing scores of the observation group nurses were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The observation group showed higher levels of interest in learning,strengthening innovation awareness,improving learning methods,increasing team awareness,and cultivating independent thinking ability compared to the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion In the nursing teaching of gastrointestinal surgery nurses,the combination of clinical pathway teaching and micro courses can improve the theoretical knowledge reserve of nurses,improve their professional operation level,cultivate their case analysis ability,comprehensively improve their comprehensive level,and have high satisfaction with this teaching method.It has played an important role in clinical nursing teaching.
