DOPS形成性评价在超声住培医师教学中的应用价值

目的 探讨在超声医学科住培医师教学中加入操作技能直接观察评估(direct observation of procedural skills,DOPS)形成性评价的应用效果与价值.方法 2020 年 8 月—2023 年 7 月,选取在梅州市人民医院超声基地进行住院医师规范化培训的 27 名住培医师为研究对象,根据不同的教学模式对其进行分组,分为研究组(n=14)和对照组(n=13),对照组实施传统教学方案,研究组实施以DOPS形成性评价为指导的临床教学.2 组住培医师在各科室轮转结束后,对其进行超声仪器使用能力、操作技能、临床思维等方面的考核评价,并应用DOPS评分表评估进行教学评估,分析 2 组住培医师的教学效果.结果 研究组住培医师在超声仪器使用能力[(83.87±5.19)分]、操作技能[(85.60±4.24)分]、临床思维[(86.07±4.73)]分、人文关怀及应急处理能力[(85.40±3.56)分]各项考核成绩均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义((P<0.001);在DOPS评估方面,研究组DOPS各项评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001).结论 在超声住培医师教学中加入DOPS形成性评价,有助于提高住培医师的超声仪器使用能力、操作技能以及临床思维,同时还有利于培养其良好的医德医风和职业素养,增强住培医师的临床综合能力,从而使其成为一名合格的超声住培医师.
Application Value of DOPS Formative Evaluation in the Teaching of Resident Ultrasound Physicians
Objective To study the application effect and value of direct observation of procedural skills(DOPS)in the teaching of resident doctors in the department of ultrasound medicine.Methods A total of 27 resident physicians who received standardized resident training in the ultrasound base of Meizhou People's Hospital from August 2020 to July 2023 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into study group(n=14)and control group(n=13)according to different teaching modes.The control group was given the traditional teaching scheme,and the study group was given the clinical teaching guided by the formative evaluation of DOPS.After the rotation of the two groups of resident physicians in various departments,the assessment and evaluation of their ability to use ultrasound instruments,operational skills,clinical thinking and other aspects were carried out,and the DOPS score scale was used to evaluate the teaching evaluation,and the teaching effect of the two groups of resident physicians was analyzed.Results Resident physicians in the study group had higher scores than those in the control group in the use of ultrasonic instruments[(83.87±5.19)points],operation skills[(85.60±4.24)points],clinical thinking[(86.07±4.73)points],humanistic care and emergency handling[(85.40±3.56)points].The differences were statistically significant(P<0.001).In terms of DOPS evaluation,the DOPS scores of the study group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion Adding DOPS formative evaluation to the teaching of resident ultrasound physicians is helpful to improve their ability to use ultrasound instruments,operation skills and clinical thinking,cultivate their good medical ethics and professional quality,and enhance their clinical comprehensive ability,so as to make them qualified.
